For 30 days, Magsmen sits beside the founder to diagnose the business, make a strategic decision with the founder's approval, design the system behind it and hand over a 90-day roadmap with owners and measures. Your team executes; we do not run the business.

- The engagement
- 4 stages
- What you receive
- Diagnosis Note: the central constraint, evidence and cost of inaction
- Built for
- The founder or owner can attend every decision meeting
Each ends in something written. Scope, fee and dates fixed before work starts.
Strategic Decision Record: decision, options, trade-offs, risks and founder approval · Legal and Risk Register: flagged exposures and the right next owner · Strategy Blueprint with ownership assigned
The business can share requested data within five working days · A named team member will own the roadmap after Day 30
What this is for
The situations founders arrive with
01
The founder is carrying every strategic decision
The business has grown, but no senior person is beside the founder to test the evidence, weigh the trade-offs and help decide what matters next.
02
The visible problem is not the root constraint
Pricing, operations, positioning and team decisions keep pulling in different directions. The business needs a diagnosis of the system beneath the symptoms.
03
A decision needs an owner and a route to action
Advice alone will not move the business. The founder needs an approved decision, a designed system and a 90-day plan the team can own.
Hire a Chief Strategy Officer for a month. Leave with decisions made, a system designed and a plan your team can execute.
The engagement
4 steps, each with something written at the end.
Scope, fee and dates are fixed in the agreement before work starts. Nothing here runs open-ended.
01
Week 1 · Diagnose
Review the business across Legal, Brand, Business, Operations and Team, alongside market, financial and customer evidence. By Day 7, confirm the central constraint in a written Diagnosis Note.
02
Week 2 · Decide
Compare strategic options, their trade-offs and risks. The founder approves and signs the Strategic Decision Record by Day 14; a Legal and Risk Register flags issues for the right professionals.
03
Week 3 · Design
Turn the approved decision into a Strategy Blueprint, a KPI Dashboard specification and clear ownership. The founder approves the design by Day 21.
04
Week 4 · Hand over
Deliver a sequenced 90-Day Implementation Roadmap with owners, dependencies and measures, then run a half-day handover with the founder and team. The advisory seat closes on Day 30.

Questions
Asked before every engagement.
What happens during the 30 days?+
The work moves through four weeks: diagnose the central constraint, decide with the founder, design the system and hand over a 90-day implementation roadmap. The founder confirms each decision gate before work moves on.
Does Magsmen run the business or implement the roadmap?+
No. Magsmen diagnoses, decides with the founder and designs the roadmap. The client's team executes. Ongoing execution support or design and digital production can be scoped separately.
How is the fee set?+
The engagement is scoped to the complexity and depth of the business. The fixed fee and payment schedule are set out in the written proposal before work begins.
When do the 30 days begin?+
The clock starts on the agreed kickoff date, after the agreement, onboarding and first data set are in place. The signing date is not Day 1.
Do you guarantee revenue or growth?+
No. Magsmen commits to the quality and completeness of the agreed work, not a financial or commercial outcome. Results depend on implementation by the client's team.
Is legal advice or filing included?+
No. The Legal and Risk Register flags issues and their business consequences. Legal opinions, filings, litigation and other regulated advice require a qualified professional or a separately scoped engagement.
We don't add busywork; we eliminate friction. We partner directly with founders to replace boardroom guesswork with executable, profitable direction.
